At Earth Angel, every piece is crafted and packaged with care, intention, and love — just for you. Because each item is made to order and handled with the utmost attention to detail, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
Exchanges Only
We want you to absolutely love your order. If you receive an item that’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item or issue store credit.
To qualify for an exchange:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

Exchanges must be approved by our support team before sending any items back.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, custom pieces, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
